MEET THE TEAM
JULIE MITCHELL – OWNER
With over 20 years of experience in the travel industry, I founded SA Travelbug to share my passion for exploring the world. After earning my Travel and Tourism Diploma in 1994, I gained invaluable firsthand experience as a tour guide across Europe. My deep industry knowledge allows me to create seamless, personalized travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients.
SA Travelbug is a boutique visa agency specializing in hassle-free visa services. We have built strong working relationships within the travel industry, ensuring efficient and reliable solutions for our clients.
TESSA – SENIOR VISA CONSULTANT
At the age of 19, I used the services of Julie Mitchell at SA Travelbug, to obtain a 2-year work visa to the UK, in the hospitality industry.
Growing up in the Valley, I returned to South Africa once my visa expired and joined the SA Travelbug team in 2019.
I now find joy in assisting clients with their visa applications and through that have a small part in their travel experiences.

Noting that in some instances the time frame of such documentation is beyond the control of SA Travelbug.
PREPARATION OF THE FINAL DOSSIER SUBMISSION
Preparation of a complete application dossier for presentation to Immigration Authorities, as required authorities.

To maintain the confidentiality of the client’s information and documents and to only release these details to the noted Government officials and those required by law or in order to expedite the application, unless the Applicant provides the authority to release information or documents to any other party.
