In most cases visas are required for South African passport holders for the purpose of tourist and business travel.
What is a visa?
A visa is an official document that allows the bearer to legally enter a foreign country. The visa is usually stamped or glued into the bearer’s passport. There are several different types of visas, each of which afford the bearer different rights in the host country.
Some visas we can assist with the following visas for tourist and business travel:
China, Croatia, Dubai, Ghana, Japan, Vietnam, Egypt, Morocco and Botswana work permits
Basic requirements
- Valid SA Passport
- Invite from a family,friend or company
- Proof of a paid planned trip (accommodation, tourist attractions, flight itinerary)
- Sufficient funds in your bank account for the duration of your stay
- Yellow fever vaccination certificate (for some countries)
You may be exempt for biometrics for certain countries where the application can only be submitted in Pretoria or Johannesburg, a third party may submit on your behalf.
A dedicated visa consultant will assist you throughout the process and will advise on the different requirements needed for a visa application. It will also be your consultant who will complete the application form, book the appointment, and subsequently coordinate submission of the application with you.

Processing times at the various embassies and VACs differ greatly.
Travel Insurance including medical cover is required when travelling. It must cover the duration of the requested visa. You could be exempt from this, which we will advise on once application is in process.
